Staff were easygoing!

Overall I spent my time lovely. The location of the hotel was central, close to the footbridge and surf beach, shops, restaurants and beaches and the main shopping area. The room I was given was big size with queen bed, the hot water to even come through for a shower or to wash dishes in the apartment, as for instance. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges were a plus.

Enjoyed my two-night stay here with impressive views, outstandingly accommodating and efficient staff who made me feel welcome.

The hotel has particularly good and magnificent location adjacent to other attractions as well as Lakes Entrance. The staff was amazing friendly and efficient and the owner too...

This place has a great location right across from the river. It's also close to the footbridge, shops, and clubs, while still being in a peaceful area by the water. 🌊.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the centre of town as well as shops and clubs. Café Bloody Good Coffee located 1 mi away was a nice surprise. The room was clean and brilliant with fabulous views, a lounge area and coffee.

The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to shops and cafes. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for cooking meals. Our ground floor unit had a refurbished bathroom and newer appliances. It was spacious, allowing for a pleasant stay.

Spiral staircase feels unsafe. Hair in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and super helpful, both day and night. 😊.

The location here is outstanding, right by the lake and with a great view of the swimming pool. 🌅.

The units are absolutely brilliant and spacious, featuring a convenient shower. the location is perfect, with a short walk to a tranquil area by the water. the apartments are situated in a quiet spot, offering lovely views of the lake.

we had an enjoyable stay in our ground floor two-bedroom apartment. it was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. the layout was perfect, with one room featuring a queen bed and the other having a queen and single bed. the facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, were very convenient for our road trip, and we appreciated the lovely view. the location made it easy to walk to nearby cafes and restaurants.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel and Lakes Entrance. We had 5 superb relaxing days there. The location was great and favourable, right across the road from the river. Griffiths Sea Shell Museum was 1 mile away.
